LEFTOVER CHICKEN GRILLED SANDWICH

  Leftover Chicken Grilled Sandwich Ingredients: 1 cup shredded chicken (leftover chicken qorma works best) 1 small onion, finely chopped 1 large green chili (pakora mirch), finely chopped 1 teaspoon mayonnaise 1 teaspoon black pepper powder 1 teaspoon white pepper powder ¼ teaspoon oregano 1 tablespoon ketchup 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce Salt to taste Shredded cheese (optional, as per taste) 1 tablespoon oil Bread slices (as needed) Instructions: Prepare the filling: Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan. Add chopped onion and green chili, sauté for a minute until softened. Add shredded chicken and mix well. Now, add black pepper, white pepper, oregano, mayonnaise, salt, ketchup, and chili garlic sauce. Stir everything together. If using cheese, add it at this stage and mix until melted.
