Special Chicken Kabab Recipe – Crispy, Juicy & Full of Flavor

If you are looking for a soft, juicy, and flavorful chicken kabab, this homemade recipe is perfect. These kababs are made with chicken mince, potato, fresh herbs, and aromatic spices. They can be deep fried, shallow fried, baked, or grilled, making them a versatile snack for tea time, Ramadan iftar, or family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 250 g chicken mince

  • 1 medium boiled potato

  • 1 medium onion

  • 1 large green chili (pakora mirch / German green chili)

  • 1 teaspoon white pepper powder

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder

  • 1 tablespoon green chili paste

  • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste

  • ½ teaspoon chicken powder

  • ¼ teaspoon cumin powder

  • ½ teaspoon crushed coriander seeds

  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

  • ⅓ cup corn flour

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 tablespoon chopped mint leaves

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves

  • 1 egg (beaten)

  • Bread crumbs as needed

  • Oil for frying


Instructions

  1. Prepare the vegetable mixture

    • Chop the onion and green chili in a chopper.

    • Add the boiled potato and chop again until everything is well combined.

  2. Prepare the chicken mixture

    • In a bowl, add chicken mince.

    • Add white pepper, black pepper, green chili paste, ginger garlic paste, chicken powder, cumin powder, crushed coriander seeds, mayonnaise, corn flour, and salt.

  3. Combine everything

    • Add the onion, chili, and potato mixture to the chicken mince.

    • Add chopped mint leaves and coriander leaves.

    • Add the beaten egg and some bread crumbs.

  4. Knead the mixture

    • Mix and knead the mixture well so all ingredients combine perfectly.

  5. Marinate

    • Cover the mixture and let it marinate for 4 hours.

  6. Shape the kababs

    • Make small round or oval kababs from the mixture.

  7. Cook the kababs

    • Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.

    • Alternatively, you can shallow fry, bake, or grill them.


Serving Suggestion

Serve these crispy chicken kababs with:

  • Mint chutney

  • Ketchup

  • Fresh salad

  • Soft naan or paratha

They are perfect for iftar, tea time snacks, or party appetizers.
