📝 Ingredients

  • Chicken – 250 grams (bone-in or boneless)

  • Green Cardamom – 1

  • Tomatoes – 4 large

  • Yogurt – 100 grams (whisked)

  • Fresh Cream – 100 grams

  • Red Chili Powder – 1 tablespoon

  • Coriander Powder – 1 tablespoon

  • Turmeric Powder – ½ teaspoon

  • Cumin Powder – ½ teaspoon

  • Salt – to taste

  • Black Pepper Powder – ½ teaspoon

  • Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tablespoon

  • Cooking Oil – ½ cup

  • Optional: Cashew powder for extra richness

  • Fresh Cream & Fresh Coriander – for garnish

🍳 Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Onion-Tomato Puree

  1. In a small pot, add chopped onions and green cardamom with a little water.

  2. Boil until onions soften completely.

  3. Let it cool, then blend it with chopped tomatoes into a smooth puree. Set aside.

Step 2: Cook the Chicken

  1. Heat oil in a wok or handi over medium flame.

  2. Add ginger garlic paste, sauté for a few seconds until fragrant.

  3. Add chicken pieces and cook until the color changes to white.

Step 3: Add the Spices
