Spicy Tamarind Black Chickpeas Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 cup black chickpeas (soaked overnight & boiled)
- 5-6 curry leaves
- 2 tbsp oil
- 4 tbsp tamarind pulp
- 2 tbsp jaggery
- 2 tbsp red chili flakes
- 1 tbsp crushed coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
Instructions:
1️⃣ Heat oil in a pan and add curry leaves. Sauté until fragrant.
2️⃣ Add tamarind pulp, jaggery, red chili flakes, coriander powder, and salt. Cook for a minute.
3️⃣ Pour water as needed and mix well.
4️⃣ Add boiled black chickpeas and cook until the water dries.
5️⃣ Garnish with chopped onions, green chilies, and fresh coriander.
