📌 Total Time: 1 hour 50 mins
📌 Servings: 4
Ingredients:
- 300g boneless beef (cut into small cubes)
- 100g dairy cream
- 100g yogurt
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 tbsp Shan Tikka Boti Masala
- 3 medium onions (chopped)
- 1 large green chili (Pakora Mirch, chopped)
- Fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
- 1 piece coal (for smoke)
- Roll Patti (spring roll wrappers)
- Oil (for deep frying)
Instructions:
✅ Step 1: Marinate the Beef
In a bowl, mix beef cubes with cream, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, and Shan Tikka Boti Masala. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour for a rich flavor.
✅ Step 2: Cook Until Tender
Add the marinated beef to a pot with 2 glasses of water. Cover and cook on medium heat until the beef becomes tender and the water dries up. No need to sauté in oil!
✅ Step 3: Shred & Mix
Once cooked, roughly shred the beef using a spoon or fork. Add chopped onions, green chili, and coriander leaves. Mix well with the remaining masala.
✅ Step 4: Add Smoky Flavor
Place a piece of hot coal in a small foil cup inside the beef mixture. Drizzle a few drops of oil and cover immediately. Let it smoke for 3 minutes (or more for an intense smoky flavor).
✅ Step 5: Make the Rolls
Take a roll patti, fill it with the beef mixture, and roll tightly.
✅ Step 6: Fry Until Crispy
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the rolls until golden brown on all sides. Remove and drain excess oil on a paper towel.
